How it all began for Deep Purple in 1968, when they performed the Beatles hit, reworked for their first album, that being the beautiful song ‘Help’. The band, now defined as Deep Purple Mark 1 actually had massive hit with the song Hush, but this was the first track they recorded live for television in late 1968.
