Few men have achieved in music what Don Airey has done. He has played with them all, the greatest. Check out this small piece taken from a long form (unreleased) piece on his work, where Don chats candidly about how he came to join the band following Jon Lord’s retirement. Professional, unbelievably talented, funny and humble are just a words to describe this brilliant man and musician.
Thank you Don Airey.
